Over a year ago, I commented on a friend’s exciting news about a book she published, and without even thinking typed the wrds: “YAY You!” - Simple. Joyful. Heartfelt.

But then I couldn’t stop thinking about those two little words… Because here’s the truth: I believe we need more of this mindset. A space where women and girls are cheering each other on - without comparison, without jealousy, without hesitation.
